Mobile Recording Studio Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Your Session: Secure your slot with our mobile recording studio and bring professional audio recording to your chosen location in Abilene. A nominal deposit of $20is required to confirm your booking, ensuring your session is reserved and ready for your creative journey. Deposit: The $20deposit is applied directly to your total session cost. It is required for all bookings to confirm your slot and is payable online at the time of booking. Cancellation by Client: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling: Life happens, and we’re flexible. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time without any additional charges. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at your convenience, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: We value your time and ours. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to avoid delays for subsequent bookings. No adjustment to charges will be made for the time lost. Payment: The balance of your session fee, minus the deposit, is due upon completion of the session. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or online payment platforms. Preparation: To make the most of your session, we recommend coming prepared with all necessary materials and having a clear plan for what you wish to accomplish.
